Terms for ClaimMinder Pro
Last updated: 3 November 2026
ClaimMinder Pro isn't on sale yet. These terms will apply to purchases once it is. The free claim checker and the guides are free to use and aren't covered by a contract with you.
This page is a plain-English summary of the deal, not legal advice. Nothing here takes away your legal rights as a consumer.
Who you're buying from
You're buying from Matthew Houghton trading as Northpine Digital, a sole trader, 61 Bridge Street, Kington, Herefordshire, HR5 3DJ, United Kingdom. ClaimMinder is the name of the website and service. You can contact us at thehumancodetube@gmail.com.
What ClaimMinder Pro is
ClaimMinder Pro is a paid subscription for people who send parcels, such as online sellers. It helps you keep track of the claim windows for the parcels you send, so you can claim at the right time. It includes:
- A parcel list. You add your parcels (carrier, service and dates) and see each carrier's first and last day to claim. Your parcel list is stored in your own web browser on your own device. It isn't sent to us, so it won't appear on another device or browser, and it can be lost if you clear your browser's site data.
- Calendar files. A calendar (.ics) file for each parcel, and one for all your parcels at once, to add to your own calendar app.
- A claim pack for each parcel. A checklist of the evidence to keep, your dates, and links to the carrier's own claim pages, so you can make the claim yourself.
The free claim checker and the guides stay free.
What ClaimMinder Pro does not do
- It doesn't send you reminder emails. You get your reminders through the calendar files you add to your own calendar. If we add email reminders later, we'll say so on this site first.
- It doesn't file claims for you. You claim directly with the carrier or platform and keep whatever they pay. We take no cut of any compensation.
- It isn't legal advice, and it doesn't guarantee that a claim will be accepted or paid.
Dates come from the carriers, so check them
The dates and rules come from each carrier's and platform's own published terms. Carriers can change their terms, and your own contract may differ (for example with a business account or a parcel broker). We try to keep the dates right, but you should always check the carrier's current terms before you rely on a date, and claim as early as you can. A parcel's claim window may open after your free trial has ended, so we can't promise you'll see a claim window open during the trial.
Price and payment
- £4.99 a month or £39 a year, as shown at checkout. You choose which when you sign up.
- You pay through our checkout provider, ThriveCart, by card (processed by Stripe) or by PayPal. Your payment details go to them. We never see or store your card number or PayPal login.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month or year, using the same payment method, until you cancel.
- We won't change the price of a period you've already paid for. If we change the price of future renewals, you can cancel before the new price applies.
7-day free trial
New subscribers get 7 days free. You enter your payment details when you sign up, and your first payment is taken after the 7 days. The checkout shows the price and the date it's first charged. If you cancel before the 7 days are up, you won't be charged.
Cancelling
- To cancel, email thehumancodetube@gmail.com at any time. Please tell us the email address you used to buy. You won't be charged again.
- If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for (the end of the free trial, or the end of the month or year you've paid for).
- If a renewal payment fails, you keep access for 3 more days. If it still hasn't gone through, access stops.
Refunds and your 14-day right to cancel
If you're buying as a consumer (not for your business), UK law gives you a right to cancel an online subscription like this within 14 days of signing up, without giving a reason. If you cancel within those 14 days, email us and we'll refund any payment taken for ClaimMinder Pro. If you buy for your business, that legal right may not apply to you, but you can still cancel as described above to stop future payments.
Outside that 14-day period we don't normally refund a period that's already been paid for, but if something isn't working as described, email us and we'll look at it fairly. Refunds go back to the payment method you used. If we refund an order, access ends.
These terms don't affect your statutory rights. For example, if the service isn't as described or isn't provided with reasonable care and skill, you may have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You can find out more at GOV.UK: consumer protection rights.
Using ClaimMinder Pro
- Access is for you or your business. Please don't share your private access link with other people.
- We aim to keep the service running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may improve or change features, and we won't take away what's described on this page for a period you've already paid for.
- We can end your access if you seriously misuse the service. If we do, we'll refund any period you've paid for and not used.
Limits on what we're responsible for
ClaimMinder gives general information based on carriers' published terms. If you miss a claim deadline, or a claim is refused or paid less than you expected, that's down to the carrier's decision. We aren't responsible for the amount a carrier pays or whether it accepts a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and it doesn't affect your statutory rights.
Your information
How we use your information is explained in our privacy notice.
Changes to these terms, and the law
We may update these terms. The terms in force when you sign up apply to your subscription, and we'll only apply changes to later renewals after publishing them here. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can deal with disputes (if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also use your local courts).
